Payment & Order Policies
We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, and cash for all orders. To place an order for a bouquet, please provide the following information: a description of the arrangement you'd like, any inspiration photos (if applicable), your full name, and the desired date and time for pickup. Please note that all bouquet orders must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the requested date and time.
For orders placed 3 days or less before the requested date, a non-refundable rush fee starting at $15 will apply. A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering. This deposit is mandatory for new clients and those who have previously canceled orders. The remaining balance is due upon pickup of your arrangement.
In the event of a cancellation, please note that if you cancel the day before or the day of your scheduled pickup, the full amount is due. All orders must be picked up at the agreed time and date. If an order is not claimed within 24 hours of the agreed pickup time without prior communication, the arrangement will be offered for resale, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Weddings & Events Policy
For wedding and event floral arrangements, we require a consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and event details. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. This ensures that all arrangements are finalized and we can begin preparing your flowers well in advance.
Any changes to your order must be made at least 14 days prior to the event. After this time, any adjustments or additions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the full balance will still be due. If the event is postponed, we will do our best to accommodate new dates, but this may be subject to availability and additional fees.
For large events or weddings, delivery and setup charges will apply, based on location and the size of the event. These details will be discussed during your consultation and outlined in your final contract.
